Life skills are a set of abilities that are necessary for effectively managing and navigating various aspects of life for the students. These skills enable individuals to adapt to the demands and challenges, make informed decisions, and achieve personal and professional goals. Practical Session on Yoga Training

Women Empowerment Cell and Yoga & Health Club organized a program titled “Practical Session on Yoga Training” in the Yoga Hall at Info Institute of Engineering, on 30.10.2023. This session was conducted by Mr.M.Palanichamy, Founder, Alpha Yoga Institute, Coimbatore. Mr.M.Palanichamy provided an insightful overview of the various opportunities within the field, emphasizing the crucial role of yoga in our lives. He highlighted how yoga can help students navigate academic, social, and personal challenges. The program benefited the students to identify that stress and anxiety are common in academic and professional settings, while teaching techniques help to cultivate a positive mindset.

Healthy Habits for Betterment of Life

Women Empowerment Cell organized life skills training program on “Healthy Habits for Betterment of Life”in the Seminar Hall No. 218at Info Institute of Engineering on 22.04.2024. This program was conducted by Dr.D.Saravanan Kumar, Placement Director, Fire Bird Business School, Coimbatore.Dr.D.Saravanan Kumar highlighted that healthy habits are essential for improving the quality of life and achieving overall well-being. Spending time outdoors, practicing gratitude, and focusing on preventive healthcare are vital in nurturing a healthier, more fulfilling life. The students understood that by incorporating these habits, individuals can create a solid foundation for long-term happiness and resilience.
